Content generated by our AI systems is provided "as is" without warranty. You are responsible for ensuring any AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Our Service

The Ormind platform, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Ormind offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro and Agency):

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to the Free plan
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period

Service Limitations

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
